Job Description:

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Source, map, identify, and screen high-caliber corporate candidates comprehensively according to strict client hiring requirements and talent blueprints.
- Coordinate end-to-end panel interviews, clinical technical assessments, and final placement activities smoothly between corporate clients and prospective job seekers.
- Manage structural recruitment lifecycle stages, candidate onboarding tracks, executive placements, and mobilize deployment processes efficiently.
- Build, cultivate, and expand positive, long-term commercial relationships with existing corporate accounts and prospective enterprise clients.
- Follow up regularly with corporate procurement contacts regarding modern manpower requirements, vacancy volumes, and structural fulfillment progress.
- Maintain highly accurate, updated recruitment files, candidate profile databases, and physical regulatory compliance documentation systematically.
- Compile, update, and manage detailed recruitment productivity charts and analytical reports using Microsoft Excel and associated spreadsheets.
- Utilize automated CRM infrastructures to track client engagement activities, commercial leads, and candidate communications loops effectively.
- Assist senior leadership with daily HR consultancy operations, strategic market mapping, and cold business development initiatives.

- Prior experience working within an HR consultancy, third-party recruitment firm, staffing agency, talent acquisition department, or B2B service sales sector is preferred.
