We are seeking an exceptionally motivated, mathematically precise, and operationally proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage daily global import pipelines, advanced customs clearance workflows, and international multi-modal shipping optimization tracks at our primary operations base in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate high-volume material procurement orders and transit shipments fluidly with manufacturing suppliers located across Europe, China, Japan, and the USA.
- Manage the full end-to-end import lifecycle, systematically overseeing order confirmations, supplier factory production timelines, freight booking schedules, and final port warehouse delivery loops.
- Liaise directly and aggressively with global freight forwarders, commercial shipping lines, localized customs brokers, and municipal port handlers.
- Prepare, review, and execute precise international shipping records systematically, including commercial invoices, packing slips, bills of lading (B/L), certificates of origin, and Mirsal II customs declarations.
- Track active global cargo positions meticulously, calculating accurate Estimated Times of Arrival (ETAs) and generating risk mitigation tracks for freight delays.
- Optimize global multi-modal shipping methods fluidly, utilizing data analytics to balance cost efficiency across LCL, FCL, and expedited air freight lanes.
- Maintain highly accurate ledgers of total landed cost metrics, cross-border customs duties, clearing tariffs, and domestic handling expenses.
- Resolve commercial cargo discrepancies, supplier material damages, insurance claims, and transport hold-ups with third-party partners decisively.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of verified professional experience navigating international freight corridors or managing complex import loops within the UAE.
- Hands-on practical exposure processing heavy shipping volumes arriving specifically from European, Far Eastern, and North American industrial hubs.
- Deep structural comprehension of global Incoterms frameworks, commercial Letters of Credit (LCs), and localized UAE Customs legislation.
- Proven operational experience navigating the Dubai Trade portal, Jebel Ali port operations, and standard municipal customs validation protocols.
- Solid functional understanding of global freight forwarding mechanisms, ocean container balancing, air consolidation, and intermodal transport dynamics.
- Advanced computational proficiency operating professional spreadsheet structures (Excel v-lookups/pivot tables) and automated ERP systems; Salesforce CRM exposure is a distinct advantage.
- Must currently reside within the UAE territory under a valid immigration status and be fully prepared for immediate operational deployment.
- Capacity to self-manage complex dispatch schedules independently while protecting total corporate data privacy and proprietary shipment codes under pressure.
- Practical background in basic education regarding landed cost math variables, tariff diagnostics, and maritime product lifecycle workflow management methodologies.
