Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptionally motivated, visually inventive, and technically precise Architect / Interior Designer to manage daily layout creation pipelines, advanced authority submission workflows, and comprehensive project execution tracking tracks at our expanding operation in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts fluidly based on unique client requirements, structural constraints, and lifestyle parameters.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, structural joinery details, furniture layouts, and comprehensive technical documentation systematically.
- Coordinate directly and clearly with structural consultants, mechanical engineers, external contractors, and on-site project teams to preserve design intent.
- Support, track, and streamline municipal authority submission and approval processes across Dubai regulatory bodies fluidly.
- Ensure absolute compliance with federal building safety standards, UAE structural codes, and specific community zoning laws at all times.
- Select, source, and specify premium interior finishing materials, custom furniture pieces, color schemes, and lighting fixtures meticulously.
- Conduct regular on-site inspections and spatial evaluations to verify that construction activities align perfectly with approved blueprints.
- Prepare detailed design presentations, digital mood boards, and 3D spatial models to convey concepts to high-value stakeholders clearly.
🔹 Requirements:
- Possession of a recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related spatial design discipline is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of verified professional experience executing high-end architectural or corporate interior design projects.
- Active professional membership or registration eligibility status with the Emirates Society of Engineers is highly preferred.
- Must currently hold a valid UAE residency visa framework status and be available to register officially under the corporate license if required.
- Advanced mastery of drafting and 3D modeling programs, specifically AutoCAD and SketchUp; rendering software proficiency is an asset.
- Familiarity with the submission portals and approval guidelines of Dubai Municipality, DMCC, DHA, Trakhees, and other local authorities is an advantage.
- Capacity to self-manage complex build schedules independently while protecting total corporate data privacy and proprietary blueprint integrity under pressure.
- Practical background in basic education regarding spatial math variables, materials diagnostics, and architectural project lifecycle workflow management methodologies.
