🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • F&B Supervisors: Direct daily restaurant floor operations fluidly, supervising food deployment workflows, coordinating staff rotations, and enforcing premium fine-dining service compliance standards.
  • Butlers: Execute personalized, full-cycle valet and suite service routines systematically, managing exclusive VIP requests, room logistics, and specialized itineraries flawlessly.
  • Waiters / Waitresses: Deliver elite table-side food and beverage service pipelines fluidly, explaining custom menu configurations, taking orders precisely, and elevating culinary satisfaction indexes.
  • Hostesses: Orchestrate the primary entrance podium reception tracking loop, managing table reservations systematically, greeting elite members, and mapping lounge seating arrangements.
  • Maintain absolute compliance with international luxury hospitality standards, rigorous sanitation codes, and strict corporate guest privacy policies.
  • Monitor operational service metrics, tracking room utility and dining floor discrepancies proactively to eliminate guest communication delays.
  • Coordinate continuously across internal back-house kitchens, front desk units, and executive housekeeping teams to ensure unified service execution.

  • Applicants must be currently based within the United Arab Emirates with immediate availability to process onboarding loops.
  • Prior professional experience operating within verified 5-star hotel environments, premium cruise lines, or elite private members’ clubs is strictly mandatory.
  • Deep structural understanding of premium food and beverage operations, sommelier protocols, and international luxury service standards.
  • Familiarity with elite VIP etiquette, diplomatic guest relations, and high-end hospitality service codes.
  • Excellent verbal articulation, elite presentation standards, and strong communication skills tailored to high-net-worth individuals.
  • Demonstrated capacity to maintain complete poise, professional focus, and strategic adaptability inside fast-paced, high-pressure shift environments.
