Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptionally motivated, market-astute, and relationship-driven Sales / Relationship Manager to manage daily investor acquisition pipelines, advanced cross-border investment workflows, and institutional asset tracking tracks at our premium office within the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, nurture, and systematically maintain robust long-term relationships with family offices, proprietary funds, and institutional investors across DIFC and ADGM.
  • Drive new client acquisition and execute aggressive strategic business development initiatives fluidly to hit asset under management (AUM) targets.
  • Facilitate high-value capital investment opportunities into Indian markets utilize FPI and FDI structural regulatory frameworks fluidly.
  • Provide comprehensive advisory support across public equities, corporate debt instruments, mutual funds, AIFs, and private unlisted investment products.
  • Collaborate continuously with international private banks, boutique financial advisors, and institutional ecosystem partners to maximize client solutions.
  • Maintain consistent, high-touch engagement tracks with existing client networks to guarantee exceptional service retention and portfolio growth.
  • Identify emerging global market opportunities, analyze economic trends, and support expansion protocols of private investment portfolios proactively.
  • Ensure strict, unconditional compliance with cross-border investment regulations, DFSA guidelines, and anti-money laundering (AML) protocols.
  • Represent the organization professionally in corporate board meetings, high-level networking events, and premium investor roundtable discussions.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Possession of 3 to 5 years of professional experience successfully managing financial sales, asset placement, or investment advisory portfolios.
  • Deep structural understanding of financial markets, macroeconomic trends, complex investment structures, and high-net-worth client expectations.
  • Prior working knowledge or practical background dealing with FPI and FDI transaction corridors will be treated as a major competitive advantage.
  • Excellent verbal articulation, persuasive presentation capabilities, and elite networking traits suited to engage with C-suite and institutional stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated capacity to operate confidently within target-driven, fast-paced financial environments while protecting complete data precision.
  • Strong analytical mindset, high structural attention to detail, and a deep understanding of multi-asset allocation strategies.
  • Currently based in Dubai or showing immediate willingness to relocate permanently to the region to assume the position.
  • Practical background in basic education regarding financial math models, asset diagnostics, and wealth lifecycle workflow management methodologies.
