  • Independently manage a high-volume daily pricing request pipeline, engineering approximately 20 to 30 detailed multi-modal corporate quotations fluidly with complete structural accuracy.
  • Prepare highly competitive, margin-optimized freight pricing solutions that sync client budgetary needs directly with shifting sea and air market conditions.
  • Lead international import sourcing initiatives, overseas agent procurement tracking loops, and international network development parameters to capture new business lines.
  • Develop and maintain robust, high-trust relationship channels with global forwarding agents and regional logistics partners to build cross-border transit capacity.
  • Oversee local United Arab Emirates and broader GCC land freight procurement pipelines, ensuring cost-efficient trucking asset allocation and route safety controls.
  • Monitor complex international logistics processes and clearance parameters continuously to secure smooth shipment transit and eliminate customs container friction.
  • Collaborate fluidly with major shipping lines, NVOCC networks, airline cargo desks, and internal commercial squads to optimize baseline buying rates.
  • Evaluate international trade corridor shifts, general rate increases (GRI), and regional logistics regulatory developments proactively to maintain competitive tariffs.
  • Support structural corporate expansion by identifying high-yield vendor alignment opportunities and eliminating processing waste within our delivery chains.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Possession of a minimum of 5 years of verified, continuous pricing and procurement experience within a registered Dubai freight forwarding framework is strictly mandatory.
  • Deep foundational mastery over international commercial shipping terms (Incoterms), maritime shipping documentation, port operations, and tariff structure engineering.
  • Possession of an established, active personal relationship network with primary ocean liners, NVOCC providers, global air freight desks, and GCC transportation fleets.
  • Demonstrated capacity to self-manage multiple highly technical cargo enquiries simultaneously while protecting absolute precision within tight financial quotes.
  • Excellent corporate negotiation tools, persuasive verbal articulation, and strong relationship management traits tailored to international trade networks.
  • Strong analytical mindset, high quantitative accuracy, and a natural capacity to process supply chain variables without data discrepancies.
