Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable Café In-Charge to lead day-to-day operations and organize our floor team in Abu Dhabi. This hospitality role involves inventory oversight, staff tracking, and general service quality management under administrative corporate management plans.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily café frontline operations efficiently.
  • Supervise staff performance and ensure exceptional customer service standards.
  • Handle inventory controls, stock counts, and direct supplier coordination.
  • Maintain premium cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety guidelines across the branch.
  • Monitor daily sales receipts and utilize POS and inventory tools accurately.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Proven background in café or restaurant leadership inside a professional hotel or retail network.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate from a recognized hospitality education stream.
  • Strong leadership, clear communication, and customer-focused resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with modern electronic POS structures; immediate availability is an advantage.
