Job Description:
We are looking for a customer-focused Guest Relations Officer (GRO) to manage visitor interactions and oversee stay experiences. This hospitality role coordinates directly with property maintenance teams to maintain high service standards under corporate operational management guidelines.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage guest check-in, check-out, and overall stay reception in a professional manner.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and stay complaints promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and facility operations teams for smooth service.
- Maintain clear communication channels with guests before, during, and after arrivals.
- Keep proper records of customer interactions, transactions, and direct feedback.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Holiday Homes as a Guest Relations Officer.
- A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for property coordination.
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate from an accredited hospitality or tourism education stream.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in basic hospitality hotel management tools.
