Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, locally based Primary Homeroom Teacher to join our foundational academic division on an immediate basis. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, structure, and deliver highly engaging primary-level classroom lessons that accommodate diverse learning speeds.
- Cultivate an inclusive, physically stimulating, and safe community space inside the homeroom environment.
- Nurture and track individual student academic progress alongside their foundational social and emotional development.
- Manage daily classroom behavioral routines to maintain balanced structure, discipline, and mutual respect.
- Formulate complete weekly lesson structures, interactive teaching aids, and multi-dimensional academic assessments.
- Monitor student performance data systematically and provide constructive feedback loops to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate closely with subject coordinators, support staff, and school leadership to maintain institutional excellence.
- Participate actively in collaborative professional development sessions, campus events, and extracurricular activities.
🔹 Requirements:
- Demonstrated instructional experience guiding primary-level young learners within an established school setting is preferred.
- Strong group dynamics control, proactive communication instincts, and refined interpersonal capabilities.
- Deep professional passion for child psychology, customized curriculum delivery, and inclusive instructional practices.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education, Early Childhood Development, or an equivalent pedagogical education qualification.
- Must be locally based inside the United Arab Emirates and ready to transition into full-time teaching duties instantly.
- Familiarity with digital classroom interfaces, educational administrative portals, and basic workplace Information Technology.
