Job Description:

An immediate opening is available for a detail-driven Accountant to handle full-cycle financial tasks within the core finance department. The selected candidate will manage daily transactions, ensure strict adherence to UAE VAT frameworks, and execute accurate reconciliations to maintain corporate financial health.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and accounting standards.
• Handle day-to-day accounting operations and journal entries.
• Assist in monthly financial closing and reporting activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data accuracy.
• Support audit requirements and financial documentation processes.
• Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience is required.
• Experience in logistics or freight forwarding companies in Dubai is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle responsibilities independently and meet deadlines.
