Job Description:
A detail-oriented Procurement Officer is required to join the central administration division. The position is heavily focused on managing procurement execution workflows, coordinating complex tendering and bidding frameworks, and managing contract workflows in close cooperation with legal, finance, and external supplier entities in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement execution workflows, approvals, and related documentation.
- Coordinate tendering and bidding processes from preparation through evaluation follow-up.
- Support contract drafting processes, review coordination, revision tracking, and signature workflows.
- Maintain procurement records, tender files, and compliance-related documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments, vendors, finance teams, and legal teams for seamless execution.
- Assist in improving SOPs, contract tracking systems, and audit-ready documentation processes.
- Ensure procurement activities align with company procedures and compliance standards.
- Monitor workflow timelines and maintain organized procurement records.
🔹 Requirements:
- Previous professional experience in procurement operations, tender coordination, or contract administration.
- Strong understanding of process management, documentation practices, and corporate admin jobs frameworks.
- Familiarity with structured approval workflows and compliance-driven environments.
- Experience handling contract coordination and tender documentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- UAE procurement or contract administration experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized commercial, business, or supply chain education program.
