Job Description:

An opening is available for a meticulous Account Assistant – Accounts Payable to anchor daily supplier transactions inside the corporate accounting department. This role focuses on processing accurate invoice workflows, managing localized supplier reconciliations, and driving data integrity within the vendor payment cycles in Dubai, UAE.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete Accounts Payable processes from invoice verification to payment execution.
• Process vendor payments and maintain supplier account reconciliations accurately.
• Monitor AP ageing reports and follow up on pending balances when required.
• Coordinate with internal departments for approvals and payment-related clarifications.
• Support month-end closing procedures and Accounts Payable reporting activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records, supporting documents, and filing systems.
• Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and payment policies.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven UAE experience in a dedicated Accounts Payable or specialized accountant jobs position is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience working with modern ERP systems and ledger accounting software.
• Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities, visual data analysis, and technical reporting skills.
• Good English communication and cross-departmental coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with digital workflow portals and basic corporate Information Technology entry methods.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline from an approved higher education institution.
