Job Description:
An immediate professional vacancy is available for a proactive, compliance-focused HR Admin to govern day-to-day workforce infrastructure. This role oversees end-to-end personnel onboarding protocols, structural wage compliance systems, and formal visa processing channels to ensure accurate operational metrics for the centralized hub in Dubai, UAE.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR administrative operations within the organization.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance files accurately.
- Handle payroll processing including WPS and non-WPS systems.
- Assist in visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation.
- Support recruitment processes, especially blue-collar hiring (preferred advantage).
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and MOHRE regulations.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external authorities.
- Provide administrative and operational HR support as required.
🔹 Requirements:
- 3–5 years of dedicated professional experience in HR Admin or HR Operations roles.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this field-facing operational position.
- Prior Gulf marketplace experience is preferred; strong working knowledge of regional labor operations.
- Strong knowledge of localized payroll systems including WPS and non-WPS configurations.
- Hands-on experience navigating UAE visa processing portals and standard corporate documentation.
- Good understanding of current UAE labor laws and MOHRE transactional procedures.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and team organization skills.
- Familiarity with digital tracking databases and administrative software managed within modern Information Technology setups.
- Bachelor’s degree or professional diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration from an approved education stream.
