Job Description:
An artistic and technical opening is available for a highly creative 3D Designer to shape bespoke experiential environments and commercial exhibition stands. Operating from Dubai, UAE, this role focuses on translating complex brand strategies into buildable, photorealistic spatial concepts, managing the process from initial high-value client pitches down to strict production detailing.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Design custom exhibition stands including complex single-level environments, double-deck structures, kiosks, and retail activations.
- Create high-quality, photorealistic architectural renders and immersive walkthrough presentations for client approvals.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, precise dimensioned layouts, and fabrication-ready production blueprints.
- Execute designs across fast-paced client pitches under demanding schedules and strict high-value brand parameters.
- Ensure all structural concepts remain practical for physical production while maintaining a strong visual and artistic impact.
- Translate abstract brand narratives into physical spatial experiences that maximize client engagement and commercial value.
🔹 Requirements:
- 3 to 6 years of dedicated professional experience in exhibition design, custom trade show booths, or retail experiential design.
- Expert knowledge of spatial software including 3ds Max or SketchUp combined with advanced V-Ray or Corona rendering modules.
- High proficiency using AutoCAD for technical draftings, structural planning, and detailing out fabrication frameworks.
- A robust portfolio highlighting custom-built fabrication projects (candidates with modular-only portfolios will not be considered).
- Solid understanding of physical material selection, construction execution methodology, and real-world assembly limitations.
- Strong adaptation skills to thrive in a deadline-driven environment, supported by advanced creative Information Technology systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or professional diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or 3D Spatial Visualization from an accredited education institution.
