Based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, this role acts as the central link connecting site technical teams, operational managers, and corporate stakeholders to ensure workforce deployment, daily transport, and industrial compliance tracking function seamlessly.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily administrative activities and operational workflows across specialized Oil & Gas project sites.
- Manage manpower coordination, labor allocation scheduling, and exact attendance tracking for technical field staff.
- Handle transport coordination for workforce transit, heavy vehicle logistics, and daily site operations.
- Support site administration functions including accurate document routing, operational reporting, and data archiving.
- Maintain employee attendance logs, certified project timesheets, and adjacent labor compliance documentation.
- Assist in strict project document control, ensuring systematic organization and timely updates of active site blueprints and files.
- Coordinate effectively with technical site supervisors, project engineers, and professional client representatives.
- Prepare routine operational summaries and structured administrative performance reports for corporate management review.
- Ensure smooth and immediate communication flows between central offices and active site groups for high efficiency.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of verified professional experience handling infrastructure project administration within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Strong fundamental knowledge of heavy industry manpower coordination, site rules, and technical administration support.
- Proven practical experience organizing site transport logistics, crew travel, and industrial workforce movements.
- Proficiency in standard office applications including Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheet formulation, and Outlook communications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, structured project coordination, and technical organization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple tasks safely inside a fast-paced, high-pressure industrial project environment.
- High attention to detail, precision in compiling figures, and reporting data accuracy.
- Familiarity with processing technical documents supported by enterprise-grade Information Technology systems.
- Bachelor’s degree or professional diploma in Business Administration from an accredited higher education institution.
