Job Description:
Multiple immediate career openings are available for motivated, target-driven property professionals to join an expanding real estate division in Dubai, UAE. This multi-role recruitment drive seeks immediate joiners across three core business units—covering executive client outreach, portal listing quality control, and direct inbound/outbound tele-sales operations to capitalize on the booming secondary property market.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Secretary (Tele-Sales Role to the CEO): Provide high-level administrative coordination and direct telephone sales support to the CEO; utilize bilingual fluency in Russian and Arabic to manage international investor portfolios, schedule corporate meetings, track deal pipelines, and convert secondary market leads.
- Quality Controller (QC): Monitor, audit, and verify the structural accuracy of property listings across prime regional portals including Property Finder and Bayut; enforce strict real estate regulatory compliance and maintain high data standards for internal documentation and inventory reporting.
- Tele-Sales Agents (2 Positions): Direct outbound cold-calling campaigns and manage inbound inquiries with high-potential property clients; pitch active real estate listings, generate qualified transaction leads, maintain a healthy CRM pipeline, and close deals to hit monthly target milestones.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of direct, practical experience working within the UAE real estate industry, specifically focused on the secondary property market.
- Proven capability to operate efficiently under pressure inside a fast-paced, commission-driven corporate brokerage environment.
- Strong verbal negotiation, professional client relationship management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High proficiency in real estate listing portals and automated property CRM tools managed under modern Information Technology infrastructure.
- Strict compliance with local property regulations, digital advertising rules, and accurate document layout control.
- Linguistic fluency in both Russian and Arabic is strictly mandatory for the Personal Secretary to the CEO vacancy.
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent professional training track from an approved real estate education provider.
- Absolute immediate availability to join operations in Dubai, UAE is highly prioritized.
