Job Description:
A core scientific and corporate opening is available for a motivated Product Development Officer – Pharma Products to drive strategic medicine portfolio scaling and regulatory alignment. Operating from Sharjah, UAE, this role owns accountability over molecule assessment, multi-manufacturer coordination, and official healthcare ministry onboarding streams to introduce advanced therapeutic solutions to the regional marketplace.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and strategic expansion of pharmaceutical product portfolios within the organization.
- Conduct thorough molecule evaluations, therapeutic data reviews, and market assessments for potential medical solutions.
- Coordinate end-to-end product onboarding processes with external manufacturers, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Work closely with local and international pharmaceutical manufacturers to ensure smooth production collaboration and product availability.
- Assist in preparing technical regulatory documentation and coordinate directly with relevant healthcare authorities for approvals.
- Monitor technical product development timelines and ensure all milestones meet company standards and health industry regulations.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, procurement, and clinical regulatory teams to support successful product launches.
- Maintain meticulously updated archives of product development metrics, regulatory submissions, certificates, and agency approvals.
- Support corporate initiatives aimed at strengthening the company’s pharmaceutical distribution channels and healthcare partnerships.
🔹 Requirements:
- Proven professional experience handling pharmaceutical product development, clinical portfolio management, or medical onboarding pipelines.
- Solid operational knowledge of active compound sourcing, molecule selection criteria, and health authority registration streams.
- Direct, practical experience communicating with local and global pharmaceutical manufacturers or raw material labs.
- Strong fundamental understanding of regional healthcare industry compliance standards and UAE MoHAP regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent business communication, cross-departmental coordination, and structural project management skills.
- Demonstrated capability to drive multiple asset launches simultaneously inside a fast-paced, target-driven corporate environment.
- High proficiency utilizing scientific databases and data tracking platforms backed by modern clinical Information Technology setups.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Pharmaceutical Sciences from an accredited medical education institution.
