Job Description:
A core fiscal position is available for an organized and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting entries and regulatory reporting lines. Based out of Dubai, UAE, this mid-level professional will handle corporate ledger reconciliations, precise monthly balancing protocols, tax declarations, and multi-account oversight within a busy business services framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day corporate bookkeeping tasks and general ledger accounting transactions with absolute accuracy.
- Prepare, update, and maintain comprehensive commercial financial records and analytical summary reports.
- Handle structured VAT filing routines, documentation archiving, and local tax compliance requirements independently.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with extreme focus on transaction details and formatting rules.
- Assist the senior finance group in general monthly reporting, fiscal analysis, and month-end closing activities.
- Ensure all subsidiary financial records align strictly with UAE accounting standards and corporate tax regulations.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 2 or more years of verified professional experience in corporate accounting, exclusively built inside the UAE market.
- Strong practical knowledge of foundational bookkeeping rules, double-entry methods, and local VAT filing procedures.
- Hands-on system experience utilizing modern cloud accounting suites, with specific proficiency in Zoho Books.
- Demonstrated capability to balance multiple client tasks smoothly under tight deadlines and reporting schedules.
- High attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and deep analytical reasoning abilities.
- Familiarity with processing digital data ledgers backed by corporate Information Technology systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field from an accredited higher education institution.
