Job Description:
A core technical operational position is open for a skilled IT Support Executive to govern group-wide computing environments and hardware infrastructure. Operating out of Dubai, UAE, this administrator owns full accountability over network up-time, daily workstation troubleshooting, cloud application access, security patch monitoring, and hardware asset procurement tracking across retail showrooms and regional corporate offices.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive day-to-day corporate IT support and efficiently troubleshoot complex technical hardware and software issues.
- Manage overarching system operations, corporate cloud email accounts, active directory configurations, and structured user access permissions.
- Handle all physical and virtual IT assets while maintaining highly accurate, updated network inventory records.
- Coordinate directly with external technical vendors, service providers, and efficiently manage localized IT-related budgets.
- Support branch network infrastructure, routing equipment, server links, and foundational corporate cybersecurity measures.
- Ensure smooth, uninterrupted functioning of all internal corporate computing arrays, POS terminals, and data pipelines.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 5 or more years of verified, direct professional experience within a dedicated corporate IT support or systems administration role.
- Strong, comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft 365 enterprise suites, cloud deployment models, and standard corporate networking architectures.
- Proven hands-on experience handling systems troubleshooting, terminal configuration, server maintenance, and retail IT operations.
- Excellent critical problem-solving, analytical diagnostics, verbal communication, and collaborative team support skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple technical assignments simultaneously while hitting strict operational uptime targets.
- Deep fundamental knowledge of modern data networks driven by enterprise-grade Information Technology engineering standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a closely related technical discipline from an accredited higher education institution.
