Job Description:
A specialized culinary professional opening is available for a passionate, Arabic-speaking Chef de Partie (CDP) to lead healthy cuisine execution and manage specific section operations. Based out of the wellness facility in Ajman, UAE, this food service specialist will take charge of preparing high-end nutritional menus, supervising junior line cooks, and adjusting recipe profiles to honor strict individual wellness and dietary requirements.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes aligned perfectly with strict wellness, organic, and healthy cuisine standards.
- Assist the senior kitchen leadership in continuous menu development with an emphasis on nutritious, plant-based, vegan, and balanced meals.
- Supervise daily section kitchen operations and ensure smooth, efficient workflow across prep lines.
- Maintain strict, uncompromising food safety, personal hygiene, and municipal kitchen sanitation standards.
- Support, train, and guide junior kitchen staff and commis chefs during active daily food prep operations.
- Ensure absolute consistency in food presentation, flavor profile maintenance, and general guest dining satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the wider culinary team to enrich the overall wellness retreat guest dining experience.
🔹 Requirements:
- Proven professional kitchen experience inside commercial hotels, luxury hospitality networks, or dedicated wellness resorts.
- Strong, functional knowledge of healthy cooking methods, macro-nutrient balancing, vegan cuisine, and health-conscious food preparation.
- Demonstrated capacity to manage busy kitchen stations, control food waste, and provide clear team supervision.
- Excellent working understanding of international food safety, HACCP guidelines, and commercial kitchen hygiene standards.
- Strong creative passion for modern, visually striking wellness-focused food plating and contemporary culinary presentation.
- Native or highly fluent professional Arabic language communication skills are required for this placement.
- Familiarity with processing kitchen inventory sheets and recipe costing apps utilizing localized Information Technology assets.
- Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field from an accredited hospitality education institution.
