Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Assistant to support our clinical team and ensure an optimal patient experience. This full-time role focuses on chairside assistance, instrument sterilization, and workflow coordination under the facility’s clinical management framework, offering an excellent environment for career growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist dentists during comprehensive dental procedures and treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms, prepare clinical instruments, and manage proper sterilization equipment.
• Support patient care before, during, and after dental procedures to ensure a comfortable experience.
• Maintain strict clinical hygiene, room cleanliness, and infection control standards.
• Manage patient records and assist with clinic appointment coordination.
• Strictly follow all DHA guidelines and established clinic protocols.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of necessary dental supplies.

🔹 Requirements:

• A valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) License or Eligibility Letter is mandatory.
• Previous professional experience working inside a dental clinic environment is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
• Good organizational abilities, clinical multitasking, and a high attention to technical detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced medical team setting.
