Job Description:
Lucky Fabricators Constructions LLC is hiring skilled engineering professionals for specialized operational roles in Dubai, including Project Engineers and Architectural Metal Works Engineers. These full-time positions are focused on on-site execution, technical coordination, and installation monitoring for structural steel, aluminium glazing, and custom architectural layouts, operating within an active, growth-oriented operational team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise on-site installation activities for aluminium, glazing, cladding, and steel structural works.
- Coordinate efficiently with on-site contractors, technical engineering groups, and site laborers to maintain workflow.
- Prepare, evaluate, and track technical layout drawings, daily progress metrics, and site reports.
- Monitor material consumption, operational productivity, and targeted project schedule milestones.
- Enforce engineering quality standards, compliance metrics, and strict site safety regulations across all operations.
- Troubleshoot real-time technical construction issues and provide engineering updates to project management departments.
🔹 Requirements:
- Proven track record in site execution, structural fabrication, or professional civil engineering and mechanical roles.
- Strong technical knowledge regarding architectural metal works, structural steel erection, cladding, or glazing operations.
- Ability to comprehend technical construction plans, coordinate multiple tasks under pressure, and draft reports.
- Excellent technical problem-solving skills with a clear understanding of site execution workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree or professional diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture; UAE project exposure is an advantage.
