Job Description:

We are urgently seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to manage occupational health and safety protocols across our active project sites in Dubai. This full-time operational role focuses on running risk evaluations, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving hazard prevention campaigns under our technical project oversight framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive occupational health and safety (OHS) site procedures.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits across dynamic construction zones and project areas.
• Monitor workplace operations to ensure full compliance with UAE safety regulations and company metrics.
• Enforce field preventive controls and identify potential environmental hazards in advance.
• Investigate site incidents, accidents, or violations, and formulate detailed root cause analysis reports.
• Conduct regular toolbox talks, emergency safety training, and risk awareness sessions for site workers.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, coordinate with site engineering teams, and implement immediate corrections.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of solid experience working as a safety practitioner inside a construction company.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial health, hazard controls, and standard safety protocols.
• Professional certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHAD, or ISO 45001 is highly preferred.
• Excellent technical reporting, risk evaluation, and investigative analysis skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or specialized engineering diploma coupled with strong site decision-making abilities.
