Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to supervise general ledger entries and project bookkeeping pipelines. Operating within our centralized financial tracking unit, this full-time role focuses on managing project costing structures, auditing invoices, and handling corporate tax filings under our regional project management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and record daily accounting transactions and corporate financial workflows with accuracy.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management logs.
• Handle project costing tracks, budgeting allocations, and cash flow monitoring for building sites.
• Review high-volume vendor invoices, authorize supplier payments, and perform bank account reconciliations.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT regulations and regional tax administration standards.
• Coordinate corporate audits, interface with tax consultants, and monitor expense sheets for cost control.
• Maintain systematic, auditable documentation systems for all ledger adjustments and balancing sheets.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related commercial track.
• Minimum 5 years of solid UAE accounting experience specifically within the construction industry (mandatory).
• Strong practical knowledge of UAE VAT laws, tax filing frameworks, and commercial accounting metrics.
• Advanced proficiency navigating specialized enterprise accounting software and complex MS Excel layouts.
• Excellent numerical analytical capacity with the ability to manage strict corporate deadlines under pressure.
