Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated High School English Teacher to lead secondary language arts and literature classes for the upcoming 2026–27 school year. Operating within our academic division, this full-time role focuses on creating interactive lesson tracks, evaluating student writing profiles, and tracking curriculum standards under our central institutional management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality English language arts and literature lectures targeting high school learning stages.
• Formulate weekly structured lesson frameworks aligned directly with American curriculum benchmarks.
• Organize an interactive classroom layout to strengthen student reading comprehension and analytical writing skills.
• Assess overall student progress via regular diagnostic tracking, creative writing rubrics, and formal tests.
• Provide continuous academic guidance to improve language fluency across diverse learner backgrounds.
• Coordinate constructively with administrative leads and parents to update them on student behavioral and progress logs.
• Collaborate with secondary department faculty boards to support periodic curriculum mapping schedules.

🔹 Requirements:

• Master’s degree in English is highly preferred, or a Bachelor’s degree coupled with a recognized teaching qualification.
• Prior professional teaching experience handling secondary classes, ideally within the UAE education sector.
• Familiarity with common Core State Standards or typical American educational frameworks is an advantage.
• Strong classroom administration, student engagement methodologies, and verbal presentation abilities.
• Must currently be based within the United Arab Emirates and ready to complete pre-employment documentation.
