Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Transport / Fleet Manager to coordinate multi-vehicle logistics channels and day-to-day dispatch routines. Operating within our centralized transport unit, this full-time role focuses on driver scheduling, route optimization, and preventative vehicle preservation frameworks under our regional corporate management structure.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily transport and fleet operations across company projects and commercial business activities.
• Manage driver rosters, trip schedules, route planning, and real-time transit coordination efficiently.
• Monitor regular vehicle maintenance programs, servicing timelines, and technical fleet readiness.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE transportation laws, regional safety procedures, and corporate metrics.
• Coordinate field inspections, licensing document control, and asset tracking records.
• Maintain accurate transportation cost logs, fuel consumption accounts, and driver performance sheets.
• Address daily operational roadblocks and implement rapid, cost-effective logistical transport solutions.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven professional experience handling transport systems or fleet management networks.
• Deep understanding of automotive tracking, logistics coordination, and preventative vehicle mechanics.
• A valid, active UAE Driving Licence is strictly mandatory for field management duties.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills paired with a detail-focused approach.
• Bachelor’s Degree, professional diploma, or equivalent qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain.
