🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across K-12 classrooms tailored to specific curriculum guidelines.
• Formulate detailed weekly lesson outlines, classroom assignments, and interactive learning material sheets.
• Assess student progress profiles via continuous testing frameworks and construct practical academic feedback logs.
• Foster a safe, collaborative classroom environment that supports student emotional and critical thinking development.
• Collaborate closely with school leadership boards and fellow faculty members to elevate core institutional outcomes.
• Maintain clear and professional communication updates regarding student behavioral logs with school administration and parents.
• Participate in periodic professional development workshops, school community events, and departmental review schedules.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject specialization directly matching the targeted academic vacancy.
• Valid professional Teaching Diploma or a recognized, accredited institutional Teaching License.
• Mandatory IELTS certification scores where applicable: Minimum Band 7.0 for English Teachers; Minimum Band 6.0 for Science Teachers.
• Strong classroom management abilities paired with clear verbal and written communication skills inside multicultural spaces.
• Prior professional teaching experience in K-12 tracks is highly preferred; UAE residency yields immediate preference.
