Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and operationally sound Catering Manager to oversee our high-volume food service layouts and facility kitchen units in Abu Dhabi. Operating within our active regional branch, this full-time role focuses on kitchen crew coordination, inventory cost containment, and client-side account tracking under our enterprise operations management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day catering activities, service delivery tracks, and kitchen tasks across industrial or camp environments.
  • Supervise, train, and schedule large kitchen units, utility hands, and catering logistics staff to optimize site output.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication lines with B2B corporate clients and remote site management teams.
  • Enforce complete compliance benchmarks with regional food safety regulations and standard HACCP guidelines.
  • Coordinate systematic menu planning, raw ingredient portion costing, and stock inventory adjustment loops.
  • Monitor service quality sheets, log customer feedback trends, and implement rapid operational improvements.
  • Manage on-site kitchen operational budgets, reduce resource wastage, and track staff performance indicators.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Graduate or professional diploma holder in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, Catering Management, or a related sector.
  • 5 to 10 years of solid, hands-on professional experience managing industrial, remote site, or staff camp catering systems.
  • Deep knowledge of commercial food safety legislation, occupational safety protocols, and strict HACCP compliance parameters.
  • Proven capacity to manage labor schedules, material budgeting layouts, and volatile kitchen logistics tracks.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills; prior Middle East industry exposure is highly desirable.
