Job Description:

We are urgently looking to hire a multi-skilled Sales Executive / Administrative & E-commerce Assistant to coordinate our front-line online sales channels and daily business support routines. Operating within our digital logistics unit, this full-time role focuses on website transaction fulfillment, client inquiry logging, and tracking document processing under the group’s centralized operational framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Process, record, and track online incoming customer orders received through the company website and digital sales platforms.
  • Ensure accurate data entry of consumer purchase details, log logistics numbers, and monitor shipment workflows.
  • Coordinate interactively with internal warehousing teams to track inventory levels, stock adjustments, and product fulfillment steps.
  • Provide day-to-day office administrative support, including filing client records, data logging, and building basic progress sheets.
  • Respond to digital or phone-based consumer inquiries professionally to maintain strong, long-term brand relationships.
  • Support general store operations, handle follow-up emails, and assist with cross-department communication channels.
  • Identify minor delivery roadblocks and implement rapid, professional solutions to elevate the overall user experience.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Previous professional experience handling business administration, retail sales support, or e-commerce order management systems.
  • Familiarity navigating digital retail dashboard frameworks, inventory tracking software, and transactional data logs.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data processing alongside clean typing accuracy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; customer-focused attitude with strong attention to layout detail.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, professional diploma, or equivalent qualification; prior exposure to the pet care industry is an advantage.
