Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and technically sound Desktop Support Engineer to manage our corporate helpdesk networks and endpoint computing devices in Al Ain. Operating within our active technical infrastructure division, this full-time on-site role focuses on configuring hardware assets, troubleshooting network faults, and updating software access parameters under the company’s central operational framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain desktops, corporate laptops, printers, and multi-vendor peripheral IT hardware.
  • Configure, manage, and patch Windows and macOS operating systems alongside Microsoft 365 core productivity environments.
  • Diagnose, trace, and resolve local LAN, Wi-Fi connectivity, and general routing or networking faults.
  • Manage user profile registers, access permissions, and group policies utilizing Active Directory directories.
  • Respond to, track, and close assigned system service tickets in compliance with corporate response standards.
  • Formulate internal IT hardware documentation logs and support preventative system backup updates.
  • Provide high-quality technical end-user support to ensure top-tier workplace technical satisfaction.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or technical diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related network engineering track.
  • 3 to 5 years of solid hands-on experience working directly inside a desktop support, helpdesk, or IT infrastructure service role.
  • Deep knowledge of core TCP/IP networking, directory administration, and deploying information technology jobs systems.
  • Excellent diagnostics, problem-solving capabilities, and clear interpersonal communication abilities in technical contexts.
  • Must be currently based in or fully prepared to relocate immediately to Al Ain, United Arab Emirates.
  • Professional industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft qualifications are an advantage.
