Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Supervisor to guide territory distribution pipelines and optimize field channel presence for our beverage division. Operating across active regional distribution paths, this full-time field role centers on directing van sales routes, tracking retail account metrics, and monitoring merchandising execution under our centralized commercial management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a dedicated team of front-line field sales representatives inside designated market territories.
  • Plan, organize, and execute daily route rides and retail market visits to maximize overall coverage efficiency.
  • Monitor territory conversion sheets and ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly volume targets.
  • Develop, log, and expand strong commercial connections with retail outlets, traditional wholesalers, and key client groups.
  • Enforce strict on-shelf product availability, optimal brand visibility, and corporate merchandising layouts in the field.
  • Track competitor distribution tactics, observe price changes, and report insights back to marketing directors.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate junior sales personnel to lift individual target conversion levels and field discipline.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent accredited commercial qualification.
  • 4 to 5 years of solid, successful sales experience directly inside the FMCG beverage or soft drinks sector.
  • Previous professional experience in a supervisory, route captain, or field team leadership role is mandatory.
  • Deep operational knowledge of the UAE traditional trade channels, modern retail lines, and route distribution mechanics.
  • Strong leadership, commercial negotiation, and route management skills paired with a target-focused mindset.
  • Proven capacity to manage field operations under pressure and analyze target performance logs systematically.
