Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and tactical Marketing Manager to direct our B2B lead generation networks and partner enablement frameworks from our corporate hub in Dubai. Operating as a core driver within our growth division, this full-time on-site role focuses on developing merchant engagement programs, launching cross-channel digital campaigns, and structuring high-performance sales collateral under our centralized operational management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end B2B demand generation programs and multi-channel merchant acquisition marketing initiatives.
  • Develop, outline, and execute corporate partner enablement structures and strategic co-marketing campaigns.
  • Create high-impact B2B sales collateral, product activation toolkits, and promotional marketing templates.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales and technical operations teams to align pipeline outreach with company benchmarks.
  • Manage external creative agencies and coordinate full-cycle promotional launches across multiple communication media.
  • Analyze live campaign conversion metrics and pipeline data points using advanced web analytics dashboards.
  • Support corporate brand positioning efforts within the regional financial services and digital commerce sector.

🔹 Requirements:

  • 5+ years of verified, hands-on professional experience directing B2B marketing channels or growth generation.
  • Minimum 2 years of successful strategic marketing or brand management experience inside the UAE or GCC markets is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related commercial track is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency navigating automation and analytics dashboards such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Google Analytics.
  • Deep knowledge of full-cycle campaign execution, B2B pipeline funnel structures, and high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Prior experience working within a fintech, BNPL, or payments framework is highly valued; Arabic fluency is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written presentation abilities, numerical analytical capacity, and strong cross-functional teamwork skills.
