Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a detail-oriented Account Assistant to manage routine bookkeeping records and coordinate client data pipelines in Dubai. Operating within our active corporate finance team, this full-time role focuses on reconciling ledger balances, validating client transactions, organizing compliance files, and assisting with basic digital promotions under our group operational management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain highly accurate ledger sheets, balance journal logs, and manage routine bookkeeping documentation.
- Follow up directly with corporate clients to ensure prompt and complete collection of financial records and invoice datasets.
- Organize systematic filing, indexing, and secure digital archiving of sensitive tax or accounting profiles.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders to clarify accounting discrepancies, transaction errors, and balance adjustments.
- Assist the tax team with preparing preliminary VAT documentation, compliance logs, and transactional filings.
- Support basic digital marketing activities, including sharing social media updates and distributing brand content.
- Provide administrative backup to the corporate leadership team regarding ad-hoc operational tracking and spreadsheet workflows.
🔹 Requirements:
- Commerce Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a closely related financial discipline).
- Minimum 2 years of solid professional accounting experience working directly within the United Arab Emirates.
- Strong foundational knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles, ledgers, and standard general adjustments.
- Hands-on technical proficiency utilizing specialized software applications including Zoho Books and Tally Prime.
- Advanced proficiency navigating spreadsheet software to manipulate large data records using MS Excel formulas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to ensure clear client-facing correspondence.
- Open to candidates currently on a Visit Visa, Cancellation Visa, or Sponsored Visa status with immediate regional availability.
