Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns and strategic sourcing pipelines from our branch in Abu Dhabi. Operating within our corporate human resources team, this full-time role focuses on evaluating candidate pools, setting up structural interviews, and coordinating departmental workforce allocations under our centralized human resource management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-lifecycle recruitment, candidate sourcing, and performance-based talent selection processes across operations.
  • Source, screen, and interview prospective candidates for diverse front-line retail positions and corporate office roles.
  • Coordinate panel interview schedules and maintain clear communication links with cross-functional hiring managers.
  • Develop, map, and regularly update specialized talent pipelines to meet immediate and future corporate hiring requirements.
  • Ensure structured onboarding processes, document verifications, and professional workplace integration for selected applicants.
  • Support human resource leadership with long-term workforce forecasting, tracking metrics, and department planning reviews.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related professional management discipline is preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of solid, hands-on professional recruitment or talent sourcing experience within a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior recruitment experience handling high-volume staff sourcing for retail hypermarkets or FMCG organizations is preferred.
  • Strong candidate screening, behavioral interviewing, and active headhunting skills across digital channels and local networks.
  • Excellent verbal presentation, corporate communication, and multi-departmental coordination capabilities.
  • Proven capacity to manage multiple competing recruitment targets simultaneously while maintaining high compliance standards.
