Job Description:
We are seeking a professional, presentable, and visitor-focused Receptionist to oversee front desk operations and act as the primary face of our organization. Operating as a critical link within our front office division, this full-time role focuses on greeting corporate clients, filtering incoming communication flows, and executing basic administrative logs under our group’s unified operations management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, welcome, and accurately direct incoming corporate visitors and VIP clients with a courteous and helpful attitude.
- Answer, screen, filter, and route multi-line telephone switchboard calls to appropriate organizational units.
- Manage daily reception counter workflows and maintain a highly structured, tidy, and presentable front desk environment.
- Handle central administrative tasks, including meeting room scheduling, courier documentation tracking, and email routing.
- Support general office teams with routine clerical support, record-keeping, data entries, and scanning tasks.
- Coordinate visitor schedules, monitor security sign-in protocols, and resolve client inquiries in a timely manner.
🔹 Requirements:
- High School graduation, professional secretarial diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Prior experience working as a corporate receptionist, front desk agent, or customer coordinator is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory to represent the brand professionally.
- Highly presentable, customer-focused, and pleasant professional personality with strong multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer literacy, including hands-on familiarity with MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong fundamental knowledge of front office administration, appointment booking, and cross-departmental coordination.
