Job Description:

We are seeking an analytical, detail-focused Senior Accountant to lead our core fiscal operations and oversee full-cycle corporate bookkeeping frameworks in Abu Dhabi. Operating at a critical level within our finance division, this full-time role focuses on reconciling complex multi-party ledgers, structuring statutory tax filings, and ensuring impeccable accuracy across all month-end financial statements under our centralized corporate management framework.

  • Direct and execute end-to-end accounting schedules, managing daily journal records and general ledger integrity with complete precision.
  • Oversee multi-channel Accounts Payable (AP) distributions, Accounts Receivable (AR) collections, and central corporate fund monitoring tracks.
  • Perform meticulous balance sheet analysis, intricate multi-bank settlements, and cross-departmental statement reconciliations.
  • Formulate exact monthly financial summaries, comparative performance reports, and structured closing books for executive review.
  • Enforce absolute compliance with regional UAE VAT regulations, process quarterly tax returns, and organize corporate audit assets.
  • Liaise as the primary operational point of contact for external regulatory auditors during annual statutory validation reviews.
  • Maintain systematic digital entries inside the enterprise resource planning (ERP) environment, validating historical data integrity.
  • Utilize advanced spreadsheet modeling techniques to extract operational trends and deliver actionable financial insights to leadership.

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a closely related economic discipline from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 5 years of solid, verifiable professional accounting experience operating directly within the United Arab Emirates market is mandatory.
  • Prior professional background or exposure to the healthcare, medical clinic, or laboratory sectors is highly preferred.
  • Deep functional knowledge of regional UAE VAT legislation, corporate tax reporting rules, and international compliance standards.
  • Hands-on mastery navigating advanced ERP software frameworks and designing complex fiscal models utilizing MS Excel.
  • Superb quantitative analysis, structural problem-solving skills, and a rigorous approach toward corporate data confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver comprehensive financial insights clearly to internal steering teams.
