Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and highly organized Sales Coordinator to guide commercial operations support and streamline administrative pipelines in Abu Dhabi. Operating inside our client’s fast-growing commercial business division, this full-time role focuses on handling multi-channel vendor queries, balancing client schedules, updating CRM tracking grids, and maintaining document flows under our core operational management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive daily administrative and structured operational backup to the active field sales team.
- Coordinate multi-channel client communications, distribute specialized business inquiries, and manage pipeline follow-ups.
- Maintain highly accurate physical records, internal spreadsheets, and updated documentation related to monthly commercial operations.
- Support internal corporate divisions with complex activity scheduling, analytical tracking, and strategic cross-department tasks.
- Ensure fluid, professional, and timely messaging flows between internal production units and external corporate stakeholders.
- Execute high-precision data entry schedules, auditing and logging transaction information into the central directory databases.
- Assist in drafting corporate pitch presentations, client-specific proposals, and formal sales contract layouts.
- Maintain organized physical and cloud filing systems to maximize workplace workflow efficiency and file accessibility.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Diploma, or Vocational Certificate in Business Administration, Commercial Sales, or an equivalent track is preferred.
- Strong organizational instincts paired with an analytical capacity to manage complex scheduling structures and office files.
- Proficiency navigating modern CRM software, data-entry systems, and the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Superb verbal and written communication skills in English to construct professional business proposals and maintain client relations.
- Proven capability to multitask effectively, prioritize responsibilities, and perform accurately inside a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent team-oriented collaboration skills with a proactive mindset toward learning commercial management techniques.
