Job Description:
We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented Payment Specialist to pilot financial transaction pipelines and execute daily fund reconciliations at our corporate headquarters in Dubai. Operating as an essential technical expert inside our treasury unit, this full-time role focuses on verifying digital cross-border settlements, auditing system withdrawals, and resolving gateway friction under our comprehensive operations management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Process and coordinate high-volume daily brokerage transactions, including margin deposits, user withdrawals, client refunds, and algorithmic bonus allocations.
- Investigate and resolve payment-related blocks, ledger inconsistencies, delayed wires, and failed merchant gateway transactions efficiently.
- Monitor, reconcile, and audit real-time fund movements across multi-currency channels inside the central corporate CRM environment.
- Maintain highly accurate physical and digital transaction records, banking configurations, routing indexes, and corporate payment ledgers.
- Coordinate Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance reviews and account verification pipelines directly with external payment service providers.
- Enforce absolute compliance with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CFT) regulatory standards.
- Analyze processing performance, evaluate routing fee metrics, and assist in drafting operational financial summaries for leadership review.
🔹 Requirements:
- Mandatory professional experience operating directly inside a Forex trading company or retail brokerage house, handling payments or finance operations.
- Candidates possessing only banking sector experience or traditional retail financial background will strictly not be considered for this opening.
- Deep technical understanding of retail Forex trading environments, financial brokerage mechanics, and contract-for-difference (CFD) product structures.
- Practical familiarity navigating widely utilized trading interfaces, specifically including MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and TradingView, is highly preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of international banking networks, electronic wallet systems, clearing gateways, and multi-currency merchant providers.
- Direct operational background working with United Kingdom (UK) payment systems and clearing networks will be considered a strong competitive advantage.
- Advanced spreadsheet modeling skills with a proven capacity to perform complex database formulas and data analysis utilizing MS Excel.
