Job Description:
We are seeking a professional, highly structured Receptionist to govern front desk operations and lead daily office coordination tasks at our industrial headquarters in Jebel Ali, Dubai. Operating as the primary ambassador of our corporate facilities, this full-time role focuses on welcoming international partners, directing corporate telecommunications, and maintaining systematic physical documentation under our core office management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the front lobby workspace efficiently, welcoming corporate visitors and industrial clients in an immaculate, highly professional manner.
- Answer, filter, and direct high-volume incoming phone calls seamlessly to appropriate internal departments and commercial units.
- Handle central email accounts, incoming mail sorting, outbound courier packages, and official office correspondence pipelines.
- Maintain systematic digital visitor registers, security log entries, and structural front-desk presentation templates.
- Provide reliable administrative and basic clerical support to human resources and commercial logistics departments.
- Coordinate meeting room booking schedules, track calendar alignments, and assist in setting up executive boardroom layouts.
- Maintain synchronized physical filing configurations and digital database structures for general office documentation.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven professional experience operating as a front desk receptionist or administrative assistant within the UAE.
- Practical computer literacy with advanced proficiency navigating Microsoft Office applications, specifically including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to confidently articulate service values and coordinate corporate documentation.
- Professional candidates possessing native or fluent Arabic language capabilities will be highly preferred during the screening phase.
- A working knowledge or professional conversational fluency in the French language will be considered an excellent competitive asset.
- Strong multi-tasking capabilities, reliable scheduling instincts, and an immaculate, highly presentable personal appearance.
- A formal Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Onshore applicants with immediate availability to sign contracts and integrate within our Jebel Ali site will be strongly prioritized.
Working Hours:
- 6 days per week (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM).
