Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, mobile Multi-Unit Manager – Forecourt F&B Operations (Field Supervisor) to direct operational workflows and enforce brand integrity across 5 to 7 assigned cafe branches in Abu Dhabi. Operating as an essential leadership link between remote retail teams and centralized executive teams, this full-time position focuses on auditing food quality protocols, training store leaders, and maximizing retail revenue models under our core corporate management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct daily retail workflows across 5 to 7 high-frequency petrol station forecourt and standalone cafe locations.
  • Conduct unannounced field operational audits to verify compliance with sanitation laws, portion layouts, and service blueprints.
  • Enforce complete brand consistency, strict food preparation standards, structural cleanliness, and premium customer experiences.
  • Provide on-site mentoring, performance coaching, and operational training to Outlet In-Charges (OICs) and front-line service personnel.
  • Monitor retail KPIs, track waste ratios, evaluate inventory movements, and control labour cost parameters across all sites.
  • Ensure all units meet municipal food safety regulations, internal asset safety guidelines, and corporate quality compliance checklists.
  • Diagnose local operational bottlenecks and rapidly deploy practical solutions to maintain uninhibited field throughput.
  • Coordinate directly with executive leadership regarding location performance metrics, labor distributions, and localized revenue enhancement strategies.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of solid, verifiable experience leading operations inside specialty cafes, high-volume QSR outlets, or petrol station forecourt venues.
  • Proven background operating as a field supervisor, area inspector, or multi-site assistant operations manager within the GCC region.
  • Deep knowledge of commercial food safety guidelines, hazard control procedures, and inventory reconciliation dynamics.
  • A valid United Arab Emirates driving license and personal vehicle ownership are mandatory to fulfill extensive daily cross-regional site visits.
  • Total flexibility to adapt work hours to match retail demands, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holiday peak seasons.
  • Possession of accredited food safety certifications (e.g., Person in Charge (PIC), ServSafe, or standard HACCP training) is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with evaluating mystery shopper data metrics, structural franchise audits, and cross-departmental supply chain workflows.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Food & Beverage Management, or an equivalent track.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive baseline salary package structured from AED 5,000 to 7,000, determined entirely by past multi-site hospitality leadership backgrounds.
  • Comprehensive field allowances including a dedicated corporate fuel card or structured travel reimbursement allocations.
  • Full medical insurance coverage and annual leave entitlements structured transparently according to UAE Labour Law regulations.
  • Performance-based monthly incentive packages linked closely to individual area KPI targets, food safety audit ratings, and mystery shopper assessments.
