Job Description:
We are executing a strategic market expansion and are urgently looking to hire three motivated, commercial professionals to join our specialized business acquisition teams in Dubai. These full-time vacancies span critical customer engagement tiers—including tele-sales generation, specialized hard services estimation, and engineering project development—focusing on expanding our market share, closing corporate contracts, and cultivating major business portfolios under our unified operations management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
1) Tele-Sales Executive:
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound telephone communications to qualify potential institutional clients and generate premium sales opportunities.
- Identify structural customer requirements and deliver accurate, professional overviews regarding our integrated facilities maintenance solutions.
- Follow up diligently on initial lead conversions and manage CRM records to optimize outbound contact success lines.
2) Sales Engineer:
- Promote and sell hard and soft facilities management solutions directly to corporate entities, building developers, and commercial asset managers.
- Formulate detailed technical asset proposals, competitive commercial quotations, and engineering-based service level matrices.
- Coordinate with technical teams and field maintenance operations to align client service delivery requirements with corporate resources.
3) Business Development Executive:
- Cultivate and secure high-value commercial accounts within the specialized ELV technology and municipal fire protection systems divisions.
- Conduct thorough market intelligence research to map out forthcoming construction targets and trace competitor positioning benchmarks.
- Prepare structural engineering tenders, present corporate capability profiles, and guide end-to-end contract negotiations with property owners.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics) or Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field from an accredited university.
- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of verified professional experience within target sectors inside the United Arab Emirates is mandatory for the Sales Engineer and Business Development roles.
- Sales Engineer: Proven technical sales track record specifically operating within the UAE Facilities Management (FM) sector is required.
- Business Development Executive: Comprehensive commercial knowledge and direct engineering sales experience with ELV systems and certified Fire Protection frameworks is mandatory.
- Possession of a valid United Arab Emirates Driving License is mandatory for the Sales Engineer and Business Development positions to execute regular client travel.
- Strong negotiation skills, competitive presentation instincts, and an advanced capacity to manage long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication capabilities; strong persuasive skills and professional phone etiquette are essential for the Tele-Sales role.
