Job Description:
We are executing an institutional clinical expansion and are looking to hire qualified, dedicated medical professionals across multiple specialized departments at our medical campus in Dubai. These full-time clinical roles span vital tertiary care lines—including complex internal medicine consultations, critical ward nursing operations, and high-fidelity diagnostic imaging—focusing on delivering exceptional clinical pathways and maximizing patient outcomes under our unified healthcare operations management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
1) Specialist / Consultant – Internal Medicine:
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, diagnose complex acute and chronic conditions, and manage individualized adult patient therapeutic regimens.
- Lead multi-disciplinary clinical rounds, collaborate with sub-specialists, and drive evidence-based medical treatment guidelines.
- Deliver definitive emergency medical interventions and participate actively in hospital-wide clinical quality improvement programs.
2) Staff Nurses (ER / ICU / Ward / OPD / IP):
- Deliver high-fidelity, direct nursing interventions and monitor vital physiological parameters across critical care, emergency, or general ward departments.
- Administer prescribed pharmaceutical therapies, prepare clinical documentation profiles, and coordinate care plans with attending medical staff.
- Maintain strict sterile environments, manage patient isolation routines, and champion empathetic bedside family communication frameworks.
3) Specialist Radiologist:
- Execute and accurately interpret advanced diagnostic imaging procedures, maintaining a dedicated focus on obstetric, gynecological (OB-GYN), and complex breast screening protocols.
- Generate highly precise, urgent diagnostic reporting structures to assist referring physicians with specialized treatment layouts.
- Govern diagnostic imaging equipment protocols, enforce absolute radiation safety targets, and oversee clinical safety parameters during scan sequences.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, Nursing Science, Radiologic Technology, or equivalent medical credentials from an accredited health institution.
- A valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) Professional License or official DHA Eligibility Letter is mandatory across all listed medical and nursing tracks.
- Specialist / Consultant – Internal Medicine: Arabic nationality is mandatory, accompanied by a minimum of 4 years of active, verifiable clinical experience within the UAE healthcare system.
- Staff Nurses: Arabic or Philippines nationalities are highly preferred; proven hands-on nursing experience within fast-paced acute hospital wards, ER, or intensive care units is a strong asset.
- Specialist Radiologist: Arabic nationality is mandatory, paired with advanced fellowship specialization or dedicated clinical mastery in OB-GYN imaging and breast diagnostics (UAE background not mandatory).
- Exceptional clinical decision-making capacity, robust ethical guidelines, and total adaptability to manage critical situations inside high-volume tertiary care wards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver clinical updates clearly and coordinate fluidly across complex medical units.
