Job Description:

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily departmental operations, structural performance tracking files, and inter-team service delivery pipelines efficiently.
  • Develop, pitch, and execute localized showroom sales milestones and multi-channel marketing campaigns to boost market acquisition.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships, deliver detailed vehicle consults, and optimize individual client satisfaction metrics.
  • Govern operational accounting workflows, verify procurement invoices, manage general ledgers, and build accurate financial statements.
  • Supervise inbound and outbound call center queues, monitor customer relationship tools, and optimize front-line resolution timelines.
  • Direct targeted digital marketing initiatives, configure web search optimizations, manage social media grids, and analyze digital conversion funnels.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with technical workshops and registry departments to ensure seamless vehicle delivery parameters.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of successful, verified professional experience directly matching the core workflows of your target application track.
  • Prior professional background operating in mature automotive business landscapes outside of Qatar is highly considered a competitive advantage.
  • Strong preference will be extended to qualified candidates possessing fluent bilingual verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Exceptional interpersonal engagement capabilities, a proactive commercial attitude, and a natural instinct for target-driven corporate environments.
  • Proven capacity to perform accurately under pressure, adapt to fast-moving inventory updates, and manage strict client timelines.
