- Supervise inbound and outbound call center queues, monitor customer relationship tools, and optimize front-line resolution timelines.
- Direct targeted digital marketing initiatives, configure web search optimizations, manage social media grids, and analyze digital conversion funnels.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with technical workshops and registry departments to ensure seamless vehicle delivery parameters.
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of successful, verified professional experience directly matching the core workflows of your target application track.
- Prior professional background operating in mature automotive business landscapes outside of Qatar is highly considered a competitive advantage.
- Strong preference will be extended to qualified candidates possessing fluent bilingual verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
