🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Executive: Manage, organize, and track daily administrative workflows, process transaction files, and optimize core business frameworks to ensure smooth operational continuity.
- HR Recruiter: Direct the end-to-end talent sourcing lifecycle, utilize advanced applicant databases, screen applicant backgrounds, and organize panel interview schedules.
- Technical Support: Provide fast-response hardware, software, and local area network diagnostics, deploy workplace systems, and resolve internal or client-side helpdesk tickets efficiently.
- Maintain crystal-clear, professional communication trails with internal cross-functional units, management teams, and external commercial partners.
- Collaborate closely inside an energetic team ecosystem to secure collective departmental milestones and optimize organizational deliverables.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical discipline matching your target role.
- Proven, successful professional experience operating inside an active corporate office or fast-paced technical startup landscape within the United Arab Emirates.
- For HR Recruiter Tracks: Hands-on experience sourcing via specialized online networks and clear knowledge of modern talent acquisition tools.
- For Technical Support Tracks: Strong system diagnostics instincts, knowledge of networking fundamentals, and hands-on familiarity with active software deployment tools.
- Strong communication skills paired with excellent analytical troubleshooting, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- A highly proactive operational mindset with the resilience required to multi-task effectively inside an evolving, target-driven corporate ecosystem.
