Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptionally polished, well-presented, and multilingual Front Desk Receptionist to govern front-of-house operations and direct elite client hospitality at our corporate headquarters in Dubai. Operating as the primary brand ambassador within our visitor services division, this full-time role focuses on managing premium guest arrival paths, coordinating corporate boardroom logistics, and maintaining standard reception areas under our integrated workplace management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle central front desk operations, greeting high-profile property buyers, institutional investors, and corporate guests in an articulate, welcoming manner.
  • Manage central telephone lines and general digital inquiry portals, routing incoming communications to relevant stakeholders efficiently.
  • Maintain a highly sophisticated, presentable, and impeccably organized corporate lobby and front reception environment.
  • Assist international clients and visitors by providing accurate project data, local directions, and premium customer support services.
  • Coordinate closely with corporate administrative units and property advisors to ensure smooth day-to-day office scheduling.
  • Maintain clear digital appointment logs, visitor check-in databases, and courier tracking registers with high data accuracy.
  • Uphold exceptional hospitality hospitality standards, delivering an elite customer experience that aligns with a high-end luxury developer profile.

🔹 Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or an equivalent customer-centric discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of successful, verified professional experience working as a receptionist or front desk agent strictly within a reputable 4-star or 5-star hotel environment in Dubai.
  • Impeccably well-groomed, professional, and presentable corporate personality suited for a premium real estate environment.
  • Advanced linguistic versatility is mandatory, featuring professional proficiency in English, Arabic, and French to seamlessly communicate with a global client base.
  • Prior operational exposure within the competitive Dubai real estate or high-end hospitality sectors is highly preferred.
  • Good practical familiarity with mainstream office software, telephone console management, and digital calendar applications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal coordination, active listening, and time-management skills to thrive smoothly within a fast-paced environment.
