Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Arabic Waiter cum Cashier to govern frontline guest hospitality and direct point-of-sale financial operations at our busy branch in Abu Dhabi. Operating as an essential service anchor within a fast-paced food service environment, this full-time role combines table service administration with accurate fiscal processing and kitchen communication pipelines under our comprehensive retail management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome dining guests warmly, present low-calorie menus, and provide highly attentive, polite hospitality services throughout their visit.
- Accurately take, verify, and process customized food and beverage orders utilizing automated restaurant point-of-sale (POS) terminals.
- Manage guest billing, process credit card/cash payments accurately, and balance daily cash drawer floats precisely.
- Coordinate seamlessly with back-of-house kitchen staff to ensure timely, high-quality order delivery and precise dietary modifications.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness, sanitization, and structured organization across the active dining room floor and cashier stations.
- Address customer inquiries, share menu macronutrient data, and resolve guest concerns with a professional, solution-oriented mindset.
🔹 Requirements:
- High School Diploma, Vocational Hospitality Certificate, or an equivalent customer-centric academic background.
- Proven, successful professional experience working as an Arabic-speaking waiter, restaurant cashier, order-taker, or equivalent service agent within the UAE food and beverage sector.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Arabic and English to interact fluidly with our diverse regional clientele.
- Solid numerical accuracy and basic arithmetic skills to manage daily currency exchange, digital billing inputs, and financial processing without errors.
- Strong collaborative habits, a friendly interpersonal personality, and the structural flexibility to operate across rotating shifts, including weekends.
- Willingness to reside comfortably within company-provided corporate staff accommodation frameworks.
- Candidates must be currently residing within the United Arab Emirates with immediate professional availability to onboard in Abu Dhabi.
