Job Description:

We are seeking a highly proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator – Marine to oversee day-to-day maritime client administration and regulate commercial supply workflows for our active division in Sharjah. Operating as an essential operational liaison within our fast-paced ship supply center, this full-time role focuses on accelerating quotation turnaround times, tracking maritime provisions dispatch, and auditing inventory logs under our comprehensive order management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily maritime sales support activities and provide full structured administrative assistance to the field sales team.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate commercial reports, customer price quotations, port delivery logs, and master trade records.
  • Communicate professionally with global ship owners, ship managers, and vessel captains to resolve incoming technical inquiries and preserve long-term relationships.
  • Track maritime customer orders systematically, overseeing fulfillment pipelines to ensure precise, on-time delivery to arriving fleets.
  • Support the development and retention of specialized client accounts through responsive corporate care and efficient problem resolution.
  • Ensure smooth, immediate coordination between internal procurement, warehouse logistics, and port delivery drivers for optimized turnaround times.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commercial Sales, International Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related trade-focused discipline.
  • Proven, successful professional experience working as a sales coordinator, commercial secretary, or administrative sales support agent; specific background within the marine, shipping, port operations, or ship chandling sectors will be viewed as an exceptional advantage.
  • Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying formulas, order matrices, and tracking logs inside Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong structural understanding of sales documentation processes, shipping terminology, and general warehouse receipt verification workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with persuasive client coordination and multitasking capabilities under tight deadlines.
  • Proven capacity to manage high-volume customer inquiries and maintain administrative precision inside an energetic, target-driven maritime office.
