Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptionally accomplished, visionary Senior Technical Architect with mastery in Revit to govern complex design parameters and direct advanced spatial planning for our premier projects in Dubai. Operating as a pivotal technical authority within our elite design unit, this full-time role focuses on leading multidisciplinary BIM coordination, auditing high-fidelity construction submittals, and securing seamless authority clearances under our unified project management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design development, structural programming, and spatial detailing for large-scale, high-profile projects within the UAE.
- Utilize advanced Revit platforms and BIM 360 cloud infrastructures to author, manage, and coordinate intricate engineering models.
- Work closely alongside core structural engineering and MEP design divisions to facilitate error-free, seamless multi-disciplinary model integration.
- Review, audit, and systematically approve complex contractor shop drawings, specialized material submittals, and comprehensive technical documentation.
- Support field engineering execution teams directly on-site to ensure full artistic design intent and strict specifications are maintained during construction stages.
- Ensure absolute architectural alignment with Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, and relevant local authority building codes and approval protocols.
- Provide high-level technical leadership, advanced engineering problem-solving support, and mentor junior BIM modelers throughout the project lifecycle.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Graduate Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related spatial design discipline from an accredited university.
- A minimum of 15 years of successful, verified professional history in architectural design, with a powerful portfolio of delivering large-scale commercial or residential projects strictly within the UAE market.
- Advanced technical software expertise is mandatory, requiring expert-level command of Revit and BIM 360 frameworks for spatial modeling.
- Strong practical working knowledge of AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Lumion engine tools to translate raw concepts into high-fidelity render materials.
- In-depth structural understanding of localized UAE building codes, fire and life safety regulations, and municipal submission processing steps.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and multi-tier coordination skills to bridge alignments between client consultants and corporate executives.
- Sharp analytical reasoning capacities, high visual intelligence, and an immaculate eye for structural, technical, and spatial detail within high-pressure timelines.
