We are initiating an extensive institutional recruitment drive for the upcoming 2026–2027 academic year and are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated educators and academic leaders to fill 9 specialized full-time vacancies in Sharjah. Covering the British Curriculum (IGCSE/AS Level), the Primary Section, and the Ministry of Education (MOE) tracks, these positions focus on accelerating student achievement scores, auditing curriculum pathways, and implementing interactive instructional methods under our comprehensive school management framework.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Head of Secondary: Direct day-to-day secondary academic operations, lead curriculum design, oversee faculty evaluations, and manage student performance tracking metrics.
- AS Level Subject Specialists: Deliver high-fidelity instruction in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or ICT, preparing advanced secondary pupils thoroughly for IGCSE and AS Level board examinations.
- Primary Faculty (Homeroom/Arabic/PE): Design interactive, structured classroom lessons to build foundational competencies, manage young learner behaviors, and create supportive learning spaces.
- MOE Physics Specialist (Cycle 3): Teach senior physics concepts following the strict academic guidelines, assessment matrices, and curriculum standards dictated by the UAE Ministry of Education.
- Utilize modern digital learning platforms and grade-books to record individual pupil metrics and maintain communication loops with parents.
- Maintain exceptional classroom management and execute pastoral duties in full compliance with local school inspection standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in the exact relevant subject specialization from an accredited university; a Master’s Degree or advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGCE/PGDE) is strongly preferred for leadership tracks.
- Proven, successful professional experience teaching within either the British international curriculum or the UAE MOE school frameworks.
- Hands-on experience delivering AS Level coursework is mandatory for the secondary British curriculum engineering and science tracks.
- Excellent classroom management strategies, high emotional intelligence, and flawless command of the English language.
- Fluent professional Arabic proficiency is strictly required for the specialized MOE and Primary Arabic teaching designations.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying formulas, academic marks sheets, and instructional files inside Microsoft Excel.
