Job Description:
We are executing a strategic professional expansion within our secondary market brokerage unit and are seeking highly motivated, result-driven Secondary Real Estate Agents to govern client asset listings and direct high-volume property negotiations in Dubai. Operating as essential property advisors and transaction managers inside our collaborative commercial workspace, this full-time role focuses on accelerating listing conversion speeds, auditing customer data files, and maximizing property portfolio visibility under our comprehensive real estate management architecture.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, update, and regulate a diverse database of secondary market residential and commercial property listings.
- Assist international and local clients throughout the end-to-end lifecycle of buying, selling, or leasing luxury property assets.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, high-fidelity professional relationships with landlords, investors, and active end-users.
- Conduct customized property viewings and provide expert, data-backed transactional advice regarding neighborhood investment yields.
- Stay completely updated with changing real estate market trends, property availability, and pricing shifts inside Dubai.
- Achieve aggressive individual monthly sales targets while actively contributing to overarching team brokerage performance.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or accredited Diploma in Real Estate Management, Corporate Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or an equivalent commercial discipline.
- Strong fundamental communication, interpersonal presentation, and commercial negotiation skills are absolutely mandatory.
- A self-motivated, fiercely goal-oriented professional mindset capable of thriving within a fast-paced, highly competitive market setting.
- Prior professional history or transactional exposure inside Dubai real estate brokerage, property sales, or financial advisory is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying formulas, listing summaries, and customer relationship tracker logs inside Microsoft Excel.
- Complete willingness to learn, undergo rigorous market training, and secure full professional RERA certification pathways.
